However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange by making a request within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
We strive to accurately describe the patches on our web site. Because of the variables involved (monitor resolution, color, etc.), we can make no warranty as to the accuracy of the color rendition of the patches. Additionally, the approximate size and shape of the patches is clearly described and it is important to note that no allowance can be made for a misunderstanding of the actual size of the product, exact color match, or suitability of use. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issuance. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@hurrahawards.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
• Partial packages of patches cannot be returned. For example, you cannot return five patches if it was sold as a pack of ten. Packs must be intact and unopened.
• Items damaged by the buyer will not be accepted for return.
• Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued, we must receive the item(s) within fourteen days. Failure to do so may result in a refusal to accept the return or deduction of the refund.
