Obviously, if there is a problem with your order, such as the wrong patches sent or a manufacturer’s defect, we’ll make it right at no charge to you. However, we strive to accurately describe the patches on our web site. Because of the variables involved (monitor resolution, color, etc.), we can make no warranty as to the accuracy of the color rendition of the patches. Additionally, the approximate size and shape of the patches is clearly described and it is important to note that no allowance can be made for a misunderstanding of the actual size of the product, exact color match, or suitability of use. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order. If after receiving your order, you are not satisfied with all or part of it, you may request a return (RMA) within 7 days. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the following conditions:
1. Partial packages of patches cannot be returned. For example, you cannot return 5 patches if it was sold as a pack of 10. Packs must be intact and unopened.
2. Shipping charges in each direction are not refundable under any circumstances.
3. Items damaged by the buyer will not be accepted for return.
4. Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued, we must receive the item(s) within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in a refusal to accept the return or deduction of the refund.
